Leaders lead in word and action. I help leaders put their actions into words. I work with them to uncover and tell their best stories – the ones that resonate with the times, gain support for their causes, and move their organizations in a new direction. Together, we develop an authentic voice, a strategic narrative, and a stronger position for their organizations in the nonprofit sector.

Leaders also lead by heart. I help leaders continuously renew their sense of purpose or vocation through reflective practice. I work with them to articulate what inspires and informs their leadership – and to communicate their vision, values and impact.
