My clients are committed nonprofit leaders who have inherited good causes and complex organizations. They’re smart, imaginative and pragmatic. They're adept jugglers of multiple priorities. They want results now and seven generations from now.

They call on me when they're working up a new idea, developing a plan, preparing to deliver an important message, exploring an opportunity, analysing a problem, fighting a fire or tending a valuable relationship. We collaborate to get a concept down on paper, frame a strategy, make a pitch, design a process, think through a proposal, write a report, craft a presentation or facilitate a retreat.
